We are pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with Disneyland Resort in California, meaning your clients’ next trip has just got a whole lot easier to book. We are thrilled to be able to offer our valued agents access to a range of great deals.
If you have Disney-loving clients, you’re going to be pretty pleased to learn that our new packages – in partnership with Disney & Delta Airlines – will make booking Disneyland as cool as that time Elsa let it go.
We currently have 2/3/4/5 day – 1 park per day tickets, 2/3/4/5 day park hopper tickets as well as these tickets with Genie+ included. We have both adults and child rates for all ticket types. As well as a range of great packages with flight and land only options available all in our easy-to-use Helio platform.
It is important to note a few things when attempting to book Disney tickets with Helio. To find the ticket range you need to select Activities from the component runway in Helio and select Theme Parks as your activity type. Alternatively you can use our handy package options instead.
Before you secure your tickets in Helio make sure you have checked that the park is available on the dates selected directly with Disney (Disneytraveltradeinfo.com/dlrcalendar).
Once you have booked the product in Helio, our team will finalise the ticket with Disneyland Resort, we will then notify you by email that the ticket is ready for the customer – note this could take up to 7 days after booking. Once your ticket has been processed you will receive an email with each ticket attached.
To enter a park, both a theme park reservation and valid admission ticket for the same park on the same date are required. Park reservations need to be made by the customer using their existing Disney account (e.g. Disney+ or ShopDisney) or they can create a new account.
